2. How do I select the output format for my data?

On the top of the tool interface, you'll find a group of buttons representing different data formats. By default, CSV format is selected. Simply click on the format you desire for your output.

3. Can I specify the number of rows for my generated data?

Yes, you can. There is an input field where you can enter the number of rows you need, with a limit of 5000 rows. Additionally, for quick selection, predefined options like 100, 500, 1000, and 5000 rows are available.

4. How can I specify the number of files for data generation?

If you want to generate multiple files, you can specify the number of files in the respective input field. For example, if you specify 10 files, each file will contain the specified number of rows.

5. Is it possible to create multiple sheets in XLSX files?

Yes, you can specify the number of sheets (up to 10 sheets) for XLSX files. Each sheet will contain the specified number of rows, and each file will contain the specified number of sheets.

6. Can I customize the field separator for CSV files?

Absolutely. "Field Separator" allows you to specify the character or symbol that separates individual fields or columns in your CSV file. Common separators include commas (,), semicolons (;), spaces, tabs, bars (|), and hyphens (-). Choosing the correct separator ensures accurate generation.

7. How do I use the "Other" input field for separators?

If your CSV file uses a custom or less common separator not listed in the predefined options, you can enter it in the "Other" input field. This ensures that the CSV data generator recognizes the correct separator and generates your data accurately.

8. How do I customize vCard (VCF) fields?

For VCF files, you have the option to select which columns you want to include by checking the corresponding checkboxes. You can also deselect checkboxes to exclude specific columns from the resulting VCF file. Additionally, you can add multiple instances of email, address, and phone fields by using the "+" button. Additionally, you can select the type of these columns.

You have two options:- Copy: You can copy the generated data to use elsewhere.- Download: You can download the file directly to your device, with the option to specify a custom filename if desired.

11. What happens if I want to remove a column from the resulting VCF file?

If you wish to exclude a column from the resulting VCF file, you can do so by deselecting the checkbox next to the respective field. This allows you to customize the contents of the VCF file according to your preferences.

12. Can I customize the file name when downloading the generated data?

Yes, when you choose to download the generated data, you'll have the option to specify a custom file name before downloading.

13. Is there a limit to the number of rows I can generate?
