Turkish business documents often include contracts, invoices, HR forms, compliance reports, policies, and internal procedures. ConversionTab helps convert Turkish PDF content into editable text while preserving special characters like ğ, ş, ı, İ, ö, ü, and ç when scan quality is clear.
For corporate users, ConversionTab reduces manual typing from scanned PDFs. It helps extract clauses, names, dates, and policy text before review, translation, or compliance checks.
Incorrect recognition of ı/i or İ/I can change names, locations, and official terms. This is especially important in HR, legal, and business documents.

| Skewed photo | Straighten before PDF or rotate pages | Improves line reading order |
| Colorful background | Print to flattened greyscale test | Improves contrast for OCR |
| Password protection | Unlock locally, then extract | Engines cannot OCR locked content |
Turkish compliance PDFs punish a single wrong i variant. After extraction, visually compare every national-ID-looking string to the scan, not to your memory of the name. The same applies to city and district names with dotted capital İ.
Glare on glossy forms often erases the dot on i; a rescan beats arguing with the OCR log.
