Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to ConversionTab Desktop for Windows paid subscriptions. The desktop app currently provides video conversion tools only. Other ConversionTab services on conversiontab.com (browser-based PDF, CSV, image, audio, and similar tools) are separate and are generally free to use in the browser.
Merchant of record
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. Your card or PayPal statement may show Paddle or ConversionTab. Paddle handles tax and receipts for your purchase.
Subscription management
Active subscriptions can be managed through the links included in your Paddle purchase email.
Refund eligibility
ConversionTab Desktop provides a free plan with 2 free daily video conversions and optional ad-supported usage so users can evaluate the software before purchasing.
Because ConversionTab Desktop is digital software with a free evaluation option, purchases are generally considered final after meaningful use of paid features.
Refund requests may still be considered in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Billing errors
- Verified technical issues that prevent use of the software on supported systems and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Other cases where required by applicable law
Refund requests determined to involve abuse, excessive repeated requests, or fraudulent activity may be declined.
How to request a refund
Contact us at contact@conversiontab.com with your Paddle receipt email or transaction ID. You can also use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Include a brief description of your situation and any relevant details (for example, duplicate charge or error message). We will respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time so it does not renew. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless eligible under the refund eligibility section above. After cancellation, paid features remain until the end of the paid period.
Free plan
The free Desktop tier ($0) does not involve payment and is not eligible for refunds. It includes ads and daily conversion limits as described on the pricing page.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Material updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of paid Desktop plans after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
